Returns & Exchanges (UAE only)

• You can return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost — it’s free!
• For returns, there’s a AED 22 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The return package must be handed over to the shipping company within 5 days of your request. If not, the return will be cancelled
• Please note: If you’re located in a designated or remote area, an additional charge may apply based on the shipping company’s rates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For non-returnable items is underwear only as we do not have any of the items listed anymore.

Items in the clearance sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.
