Returns & Exchanges (UAE)

• You can return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost — it’s free!
• For returns, there’s a AED 22 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The return package must be handed over to the shipping company within 5 days of your request. If not, the return will be canceled.

International Orders

• You can also return or exchange your order within 3 days of receiving it.
• However, you are responsible for arranging the return (either by dropping it off or scheduling a pickup with DHL).
• You must also cover the return shipping cost.
• Please make sure to ship the item within 5 days of your return request.

Please note: If you’re located in a designated or remote area, an additional charge may apply based on the shipping company’s rates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For non-returnable items is underwear only as we do not have any of the items listed anymore.

Items in the clearance sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.

Rest Of The World: AED85-120

International orders will take 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
