UAE:
Standard delivery within the UAE for orders above 400AED will be free; however orders less than 400AED will be AED22 for shipping.

Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in UAE before 3PM.
We charge an additional AED20 for Cash On Delivery Orders.
Same Day Delivery is applicable for all orders placed within (Dubai) before 12pm with a charge of 35aed
2 Hour Delivery is applicable for all orders placed within (Dubai) before 5pm with a charge of 55AED
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - (Shipped through DHL)
The shipping charges are as follows;
GCC: AED 80
Rest Of The World: AED85-120

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.
If the wrong delivery address is provided, FASHIONIST PORTAL cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

CARD PAYMENTS:

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
PROCESSING TIME:
